PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Our client is growing at an impressive and stable rate and requires a Production Supervisor with experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing and understanding of SALSA and BRC.

This role will involve working closely with the Production Manager and the Production Team to help ensure the smooth running of production within the company.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are met
• Generating the manufacturing jobs to meet the production schedule
• Creating a labour plan to match the production schedule
• Ensuring all quality requirements are met in production
• Deliver on time and in full to the production schedule
• Ensuring that all Operators are trained and performing to the required standard
• Ensuring that processes run efficiently and OEE is maximised

The ideal candidate will have gained similar experience in a production environment

Lean manufacturing experience would be an advantage.
