Autoclave Operator

Pegbox has an urgent contract requirement for an Autoclave Operator to work for a top Composite Manufacturer in Bognor Regis.

The Autoclave Operator will have a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Loading and unloading autoclaves
• Managing the running of the autoclave
• Programming of autoclave
• Ensure jobs are cured in the correct order for the composite production schedule
• Maintain the autoclaves and oven
• Communicating with cleanroom and trim shop to ensure cures are planned efficiently
• Keeping records of the autoclave and oven cures
• Breaking out components preventing any damage

The Autoclave operator will also ideally hold experience as a trimmer, or otherwise as a laminator.
