Pegbox is looking for B1.3 Licensed Engineers for permanent positions in Belgium, Genk. Our client is a market leader in the provision of helicopter maintenance services to Emergency Medical Service organisations, VIP customers and Offshore Operations.
The B1.3 Licensed Engineer will ensure the work is accomplished in accordance with approved data and Company policies and procedures.
This role is based primarily at in Genk – Belgium, but may require cover across Europe to support AOG situations as necessary.
• An EASA or UK CAA Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence.
• A strong maintenance related technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• A good working knowledge of the regulations and requirements associated with aircraft maintenance, Health & Safety and Human Factors.
• The ability to understand the requirement of clear, unambiguous communication.
• Familiarity with OEM appropriate to helicopter types operated.
• The ability to work alone and the willingness to travel.
• Hold MD902 Type Rating; (non-type rated may apply as will be trained);
• Have experience in MD helicopters; (engineers without MD experience may still apply);
• Willingness to work outside of normal working hours on occasion.
