We have an exciting opportunity working within a small customer support team. You will be expected to coordinate between operations and their customers to provide them with the highest levels of customer service acting as an interface for commercial administrative/account management functions.

  • On a day-to-day basis your duties will include:
  • Manage Customer Accounts
  • Respond to new lines of enquiry
  • Process sales orders
  • Raise Bills of Materials
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
  • Maintain the ERP system
  • Liaise with operations
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Raise quotes for customers
  • Process customer returns
